Use compressed air blasting method called "AIR BLASTING".

Sandblasting is also used as a method of sand blasting by mixing blasting materials into liquids. It is called “WET SAND BLASTING”. But it not the usual way.

In the following, only dry sandblasting that, "DYNAMIC IMPELLER BLASTING" and "AIR BLASTING" are explained.

"DYNAMIC IMPELLER BLASTING" is an industrial metal pretreatment process.

The difference between "DYNAMIC IMPELLER BLASTING" and "AIR BLASTING" is that the kinetic energy of the jet grit is different, the kinetic energy of "AIR BLASTING" is compressed air, and the kinetic energy of "DYNAMIC IMPELLER BLASTING" is a motor-driven rotary power blade.

"DYNAMIC IMPELLER BLASTING" can spray more blasting material with less power.

"DYNAMIC IMPELLER BLASTING" Compared to "AIR BLASTING", blasting materials can be sprayed 50 to 100 times per minute (depending on conditions, there will be a slight difference). However, “DYNAMIC IMPELLER BLASTING” does not have the above-mentioned good efficiency when jetting abrasive particles with a light specific gravity.

When the blasting material with a light specific gravity is sprayed with a power blade, it is decelerated by air resistance before reaching the product. And when using a power blade for sandblasting, the sand will strike the power blade and cause damage. If the price of sand is relatively high, there is a problem of production cost, and when alumina-based sand is used, the grinding of the blade becomes serious.


The criterion for the selection of "DYNAMIC IMPELLER BLASTING" and "AIR BLASTING" is

1. When using fine-grained, light blasting materials, and

2. Use the vacuum spray washer when spraying narrow areas.




1. Removes burrs, feathers, foreign matter, rust, scale after heat, scales, sand from castings, scales and flux after welding.

The burrs and burrs produced by the cutting tools can be removed by the impact force of the sand particles or by the cutting force of the sand particles. The principle is to remove burrs and burrs without damaging the workpiece. In this case, start by selecting the type of grit that does not harm the workpiece, starting from the soft grit. When plastic cannot be removed, glass beads are used to change in this order.

2. Surface cleaning, painting, steaming, gold plating, plating film peeling.


   The work done for the purpose of surface beautification and peeling must have the necessary degree of impact on the selection of sand. Use large particles as much as possible without harming the product. Relatively light dirt or coating film can be easily handled.

   Stubborn dirt or coating film will be used to lead lead, copper. When this sand grain cannot be removed, sand blasting after heat treatment is also used. (Dry-cast coating film-denaturing sandblasting method) Steamed material, gold-plated, and peeled electroplated film are also peeled off like stain or paint.


3. BRUSH , before gold plating, before welding, before coating, then before treatment, eliminates flaws, eliminates rough surface, and etch processing


   BRUSH is to increase the surface roughness and enhance the adhesion of coating and gold plating. There is also the added value of giving the product with a rough surface, which also has the effect of eliminating scars. Stainless steel is treated with glass sand. However, it is not only to eliminate scars, but also to create a glossy flower face.




  High-speed sand impact to improve the surface hardness. It is a kind of cold forging process. When compressing the workpiece to be processed, it can increase the stress and prolong the fatigue life of the metal. In addition, there is also an effect of improving thermal conductivity or lubricity.
