微信图片_20191125095955.jpg  The administrative bureau of Tianjin port has released a notice to trucks whereof disqualified to national 5th phase emissive regulations that, during the period that an orange warning being raised to indicate the severe air pollution, they are banned to enter the port.

  Such a move reduced the accessibility of land transportation for the period, and, subsequentially pushed the freight price increasing by 20-30%.

  China governments took a firm stance towards industrial discharge, especially during winter, when cities start heat supply in northern China.  Because coal is still the primary fuel to support heat plants running in small cities, in light of that, other emission sources must become more improved.
