Customers may prefer different grit shapes correlated with grit bulk density depending on the usage of BFA grain either in the sandblasting process, or making grinding wheels and abrasive cloth, etc. A combination of sharp and blunt grains is also practical. To meet clients variety requests, we can finish the crushing process either in our Ball mill, or roller mill, or Barmac mill.

Clients from worldwide may have different sieving standards. We are available to sieve based on FEPA, ASTM, JIS, and China GB standard. In addition, we are also on the position to sieve according to clients special requirements. 



3. High-Temperature Roasted Process

For making high-quality abrasives products, the BFA grain needs to be calcined or roasted in the high temperature of 1050℃ or 1350℃ after sieving. By doing so, the BFA grit's hardness, abrasive resistance, and hydrophilicity get improved. Besides, it avoids expanding and cracking in producing abrasives. 


4. Lab Test for Physical and Chemical Property

We do the test inspection both before sending clients sample and after finishing production for each contract. Usually, we analyze chemical composition, bulk density, magnetic material, and grain distribution.
