Brown Fused Alumina Introduction：

Brown Fused Alumina Grain belongs to the group of electro-corundum. It is also be called brown aluminum oxide, brown corundum, brown fused corundum or brown fused aluminum oxide. It is produced by the smelting of calcined bauxite in an electric arc furnace at temperatures more than 2000°C. Brown Fused Alumina is both a hard and tough material with high strength, making it an excellent abrasive grain for applications in making resin and vitrified grinding wheels, sandpaper, blasting media, metal preparation, lapping, polishing, grinding, and sandblasting. Brown fused alumina F grain is widely used in sandblasting media, making resin bonded grindings wheels and vitrified bonded grinding wheels.
